Make Up For The Festive Season – Add Some Drama

With the festive season practically here, many of us are looking to pull out all the stops for the way that we look and if some of us have got the dress covered, others among us are still looking for makeup tips to make a sensational impact.

With the festive season, there is more reason to go dramatic, so here are some ideas to help you make that impact:

Use a primer beneath the foundation. This helps the foundation apply better and stay on longer. Just the thing if you were thinking of partying all night!

Dramatic Eyes: Perhaps the most communicative feature of the face; the eyes are something that you should be playing up. Keep the effect smoky using some black and brown eye shadow and similarly two toned eye pencils.Make Up

Indulge in some artificial eyelashes, and even if you don’t, go for lashings of mascara and curl your lashes. This is what gives the impression of length to the lashes.

The Perfect Pout: Balance those gorgeous eyes with perfectly done lips in muted shades. Lip liner will stop color from bleeding, but to be sure that liner is not all that is visible by the end of the evening, lipstick application is the key here: apply the lipstick once, blot it and then pat on some powder. Now reapply the lipstick for longer lasting color.

So add a bit of sparkle and watch your festive season sizzle!
