I'm soo with you on Vaseline! You can use it on just about anything. My next favorite beauty product is mascara followed by a close face lotion. My favorite mascara brand is Maybelline and face lotion is Raw Essentials! All 3 are cheap and good for you!

I'm surprised that this list didn't include:

1. Lipstick in a tube
2. Fast drying nail polish
3. Cold wave perms
4. Pond's cold cream (invented in 1846!)

The best natural moisturiser is coconut oil. I first tried it when I went to Fiji and I've been ordering it online ever since. I comb it through my hair at night and wash it out in the morning and my hair is luscious and soft. It's also excellent for skin and it has no additives.

I'll also add the best way to achieve beautiful skin is start on the inside. If you drink and smoke, those expensive cream are useless. Eat a well balanced diet, get plenty of leafy greens and cut out the fatty greasy foods.

I'm familiar with a lot of these beauty products and there's some that I haven't heard of. The Olay products are really good as well as the Nivea creme.

See I'd agree with all that except the vaseline. Sure it is good for stuff but where you apply it for moisturising properties it stops the skin underneath from producing its own moisture because it thinks it's already moisturised. A quick fix perhaps but as soon as you stop using it your back to square one.

Emu oil all the way for me.

Good list though. LOVE Clinique and Olay.

Vaseline Petrolium Jelly (oil scum) in the past few years has begun to fade in comparison to raw Lanolin (known as "wool fat") because it is a much more compatible moisturiser to the human body and has much the same uses as petroleum jelly
