Though there are many lotions and other skincare products available in the market, most of them are expensive (especially the anti-ageing products) and some even have harsh chemicals that can damage your skin permanently. Here are few natural products that can work like magic for your dry skin.
Olive oil is not only healthy for your digestive system, but it is also great for your skin and it contains antioxidants and essential fatty acids that are good for your dry skin. It can be massaged anywhere and everywhere and it would definitely make your skin smooth and soft.
You can apply it by mixing it with your daily moisturizer or massage it directly on your skin 30 minutes before your shower. There are many ways of using milk for your dry skin and you can start by soaking a washcloth in milk and keeping it on your skin for about 7 minutes. Then wash off the milk from your skin with a cloth that has been soaked in lukewarm water. This is a very efficient way and make sure that you do it every alternative day to get quick results.
Honey is a product that is used is various skincare products as it is one of the best natural moisturizers and is loaded with antioxidants, humectants and antimicrobial properties. Honey can help you by locking the moisture and making your skin extra soft.
Also it would supply your skin with useful vitamins and minerals that would make your skin glow. You can massage honey directly on your skin before taking a shower. Leave it for few minutes and repeat this procedure every day. You can also mix honey, bee wax and olive oil and apply it on your skin. Bee wax has to be melted first.
Other products like milk cream, coconut oil etc. is also useful for moisturizing dry skin naturally.
