It looks like the photo above, doesn't hurt unless I press on it hard. It doesn't itch or burn and when I try to pop it to try and get rid of it....it only bleeds, but I can feel a hard lump under the skin. I don't want my husband to see it one day because he may think its gross of contageous.. I’ve had a spot on my bikini line for almost 2 years now. And bleeds if scratch it too hard. I went to the doctors almost 2years ago about it they told me it was a cyst but its gotten bigger now since i last went in about it. And it was only small when the doctors seen it. They just looked at it gave it a little squeeze and said hair frolicals . Its a cyst. But can they tel its a cyst just by looking at it?
